Auto-renewal & refund terms
- • Paid plans auto-renew at the price shown above on the same day each month (or year, if billed annually) until you cancel.
- • Cancel anytime from Settings → Manage billing — it's a one-tap action, takes effect at the end of your current period, and you keep access until then.
- • 7-day refund window on digital subscriptions: if you cancel within 7 days of a charge and haven't used the credits, email support@nikosafestory.com for a full refund.
- • Printed books are non-refundable once submitted to our print partner (typically within 24 hours of order). Mis-prints or damage in transit are replaced free.
- • We email a receipt for every charge. Manage card & invoices any time via the Stripe Customer Portal in Settings.
